This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant/Leasing Agent role based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing leasing and sales activities, including sourcing properties, conducting viewings, and advising clients on suitable options across off-plan, secondary market, and rental portfolios. The Property Consultant/Leasing Agent will handle client inquiries, provide accurate property information, prepare and process leasing and sales documentation, and coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated listings, negotiating terms, supporting clients through contract signing and move-in processes, and ensuring a high standard of service and follow-up. The role also requires staying informed about market trends, developer offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide informed, trustworthy guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property types, and basic understanding of sales, leasing, and property management processes.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present property options and contract terms effectively.
• Candidates should possess high-level Customer Service abilities, including responsiveness, relationship building, and professional client support before and after transactions.
