City Plaza Properties is actively seeking an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Agent & Listing Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires extensive field experience and in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. You will be responsible for sourcing property listings, building landlord/seller relationships, executing strategic listing marketing campaigns, and closing sales and leasing transactions across prime Abu Dhabi developments.

Listing Acquisition & Management:

• Source, secure, and manage high-quality residential and commercial property listings for sale and rent across Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords to build an active property inventory.
• Conduct property valuations and comparative market analyses (CMA) to guide owners on competitive pricing.

Property Listing & Marketing Expertise:

• Draft compelling property descriptions, gather accurate unit specs, and coordinate professional media (photos, video tours, floor plans).
• Manage and optimize property listings across major UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) to ensure maximum reach and lead generation.
• Implement targeted digital and local marketing strategies to promote featured listings and new off-plan/resale developments.

Skills

Market Experience: Proven field experience as a Real Estate Agent, Listing Specialist, or Property Consultant specifically within the Abu Dhabi property market.

Listing Expertise: Hands-on mastery of listing creation, portal management (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), and real estate digital marketing strategies.

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, property laws, lease structures, and current market trends.

Location & Availability:

Must be currently residing in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) and ready to join immediately.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills; proficiency in real estate CRM platforms.

Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License and DMT Broker Card/registration in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.
