Job summary

HOTSHOT Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Listing Agent Coordinator to support property listings in Abu Dhabi. You will research ownership, verify titles, qualify listings, and manage essential documents with precision and regulatory awareness.

The role requires 1 year of listing experience, a valid real estate license, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A dynamic, performance-driven environment offers competitive compensation and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on residential listing experience.
• Ability to manage 10 active listings simultaneously.
• Sound knowledge of local real estate procedures and document processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Active real estate license; commitment to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Research property ownership and verify titles using official databases.
• Qualify listings based on client motivation, timeline, condition and market readiness.
• Prepare and oversee MOUs, Lease Agreements, Tawtheeq, SPAs and ownership records.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and property owners through proactive communication.
