Job summary

Home for Life Circle Properties L.L.C is seeking a highly organized Listing Coordinator to manage property listings across Property Finder, Bayut, and other UAE portals. The role requires coordinating with agents, updating listings, and ensuring accuracy of descriptions, prices, locations, and photos to support sales and leasing teams.

The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years in real estate administration, familiarity with UAE portals and CRM systems, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration or similar role.
• Knowledge of UAE portals, especially Property Finder and Bayut.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and listing management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage property listings across real estate portals, including Property Finder, Bayut, and other platforms.
• Upload, publish, edit, and update property listings accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all property details, descriptions, prices, locations, and photographs are correct.
• Coordinate with agents and the listing team to collect the necessary property information and documentation.
• Verify listing requirements and ensure compliance with portal guidelines and company standards.
• Monitor active listings and ensure expired, rented, sold, or unavailable properties are updated or removed promptly.
• Maintain organized property records and listing databases within the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate with the marketing team regarding property photos, videos, floor plans, and promotional materials.
• Monitor listing performance, quality scores, and portal-related issues.
• Follow up with agents regarding incomplete information, missing documents, and listing corrections.
