Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• MS Office proficiency; CRM or ERP experience is a plus.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in lighting or building materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about lighting products, specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues professionally, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and order tracking.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, pending orders, and after-sales service requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
