Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in the lighting, electrical, construction, or building materials industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about lighting products, specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with the sales, technical, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and order tracking.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, pending orders, and after-sales service requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
