Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of site supervision experience, with a background in civil/architectural/mechanical fields. Industrial project experience and strong leadership skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site supervision experience.
• Construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience in industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and HSE requirements.

You’ll monitor progress, manage manpower and resources, identify and resolve site issues, and support the timely completion of project milestones in line with project objectives.
