Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of site supervision experience, with a background in civil/architectural/mechanical fields. Industrial project experience and strong leadership skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site supervision experience.
• Construction experience is mandatory.
• Experience in industrial projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with construction, QC, planning, safety, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.
• Report progress, identify site issues, and support timely project delivery.
