You will oversee daily lifeguard operations, perform safety audits, manage scheduling and staff development, and support coaches with member communications.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified lifeguard with current certification.
• First Aid qualification required.
• Valid UAE driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the lifeguard team and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report concerns.
• Support staff development and training needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle member enquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling, absences, and transport of lifeguards to sites.
• Assist coaches with member communications and schedule changes.
• Support administration and record-keeping for daily operations.
