Job summary

Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai invites a Team Leader - Lifeguard Operations to oversee lifesaving teams and safety procedures along the Madinat Jumeirah coastline. You will respond to emergencies, supervise aquatic staff, maintain reports, and contribute to guest safety and service excellence within a multicultural environment.

The role requires certified lifeguard credentials, English proficiency, and the ability to lead shifts and collaborate with hotel operations while upholding Ellis & Associates

Qualifications

Certified Ellis and Associates Lifeguard, with preferred Instructor certification.
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience at an aquatic facility.
Strong English communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to emergencies and oversee first aid per safety standards.
Supervise operational colleagues and ensure SOPs and EAPs are followed.
Maintain timely reporting and documentation.
Handle guest complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
