Job summary

I Buy Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage residential and commercial leasing in Abu Dhabi. You will source tenants, market properties, conduct viewings, and close rental deals in line with Abu Dhabi regulations and company standards.

The ideal candidate understands Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, market pricing, and key communities, with strong communication, negotiation, and CRM/property portal experience. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leasing or real estate within Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property market and communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available rental properties across key areas in Abu Dhabi
• Handle client inquiries and qualify prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Prepare and process lease agreements in line with Abu Dhabi regulations
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities when required
• Maintain accurate and updated listings on property portals
• Source new leasing opportunities and build a strong client database
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws and company policies
• Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs
