Qualifications

• Emirati national with a family book (essential requirement).
• A recent graduate or an individual with 0-2 years of professional experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Learning Coordination & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end logistics for all regional training sessions, both virtual and in-person. This includes scheduling, managing invitations, booking venues, and coordinating with facilitators.
• LMS Administration: Support the maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will assist in uploading new content, tracking course completion, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Communication: Act as a key point of contact for employee queries related to our learning programs. You will help draft communications to promote new courses and learning pathways.
• Content & Materials Support: Assist in developing and formatting training materials, presentations, and resources.
• Feedback & Reporting: Administer post-training feedback surveys and compile data to help us measure the effectiveness and impact of our programs.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Support the team in communicating with external training partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
