WPP Media in the UAE is hiring an Associate, Learning & Effectiveness MENA to coordinate and deliver training programs across the region. You will support logistics, manage LMS tasks, and help create engaging learning content.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence in the UAE four days a week and collaboration with senior leaders. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have up to two years of experience, hold a Bachelor's in HR/Business/Education/Communications, and demonstrate

Qualifications

• Must be an Emirati national with a family book (essential).
• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional training sessions, virtual and in-person logistics.
• Assist LMS administration: content uploads, course tracking, data accuracy.
• Draft communications to promote courses and learning pathways.
