Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or HR-related function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communication, or related field.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning content development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for regional training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Assist in LMS administration: content uploads, course-tracking, data accuracy.
• Draft and send communications to promote courses and learning pathways.
• Support development of training materials, presentations, and resources.
• Administer post-training feedback surveys and report on impact.
• Liaise with external training partners and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery.
