WPP Media is seeking an Associate, Learning & Effectiveness MENA, to coordinate training programs across the region. You will support LMS administration, communications, and content materials while collaborating with regional teams and external partners.

Ideal for a recent graduate or professional with up to 2 years of experience, this role offers exposure to corporate learning and talent management within a leading marketing network. Hybrid work arrangement with four days in office.

Qualifications

• Emirati national with a family book (essential).
• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as HR, Business Administration, Education, or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end regional training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Support LMS maintenance: content uploads, course tracking, data accuracy.
• Draft communications to promote courses and learning pathways.
