Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training & Development and Learning Management to plan, deliver, and oversee learning programs.
• Solid Instructional Design skills to create effective learning content, materials, and blended learning solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate sessions, support learners, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in corporate training, L&D, or human capital development, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; professional L&D or HR certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to analyze learning needs, use data to measure impact, and adapt programs to diverse audiences and organizational contexts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
• Familiarity with internationally recognized standards, performance management frameworks, or competency models is beneficial.
