Job summary

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to lead learning strategy for all colleagues in a luxury hospitality setting. Reporting to the Cluster Learning & Development Manager, you will design, plan and manage learning programs to meet individual and organizational needs while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years' experience in upscale luxury hospitality.
• Learning, coaching & development background.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communications in English and/or another language.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and manage learning and development programs for all colleagues to meet individual and organizational needs.
