Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support the L&D Manager in shaping the annual training plan and programs. The role involves coordinating workshops, inductions, and development initiatives while tracking attendance, feedback and outcomes.

You will help maintain training records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with standards and Forbes training requirements. A focus on performance, talent development, and employee engagement will drive overall organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Professional certification in L&D, HR, or talent development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) is an advantage.
• Experience in an L&D/HR role with exposure to Forbes training/compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Learning & Development Manager in creating and implementing the annual training plan.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, inductions and development initiatives.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, effectiveness and feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare L&D reports and dashboards.
• Support compliance with training standards, policies and Forbes requirements.
• Assist in performance management, succession planning and talent development.
• Engage employees and managers with learning opportunities and career development.
