Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead our group-wide learning agenda — from spotting capability gaps to designing, rolling out, and measuring development programs across multiple business units.

Reporting into the department head, you'll connect learning directly to succession planning and performance improvement, while helping build a best-in-class internal learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of progressive L&D, Talent Management, or OD delivery.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide learning programs, including leadership development.
• Experience linking learning to succession planning, career frameworks, and performance management.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI-enabled learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver annual learning plans addressing leadership and future-skills priorities.
• Diagnose development needs using talent data and business input, then design targeted programs.
• Own succession-pipeline development and learning components of performance improvement plans.
• Grow the internal learning platform and explore external extensions.
• Champion learning across the employee experience and manage external providers.
• Roll out L&D policies and ensure onboarding and training stay compliant.
• Maintain dashboards and brief leadership on engagement and impact.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive learning initiatives.
