EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Trainer to develop organizational capability through world-class continuous improvement training and coaching. Lead the delivery of Lean Six Sigma programs that equip employees with practical problem-solving skills and support business transformation initiatives.

The role requires leading workshops, coaching multidisciplinary teams, and delivering practical learning experiences across Yellow to Black Belt curricula, contributing to

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 7+ years of Lean Six Sigma training and coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, DMAIC, DOE, SPC, and process improvement tools.
• Experience facilitating workshops and delivering executive presentations.
• Experience developing instructional materials and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver Lean Six Sigma training across Yellow to Black Belt levels.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, blended, and simulation-based learning.
• Coach project teams through the DMAIC lifecycle and ensure sustainable improvement.
• Develop materials, simulations, assessments, and certification criteria.
• Deliver training on Lean principles, data analysis, process mapping, and waste elimination.
• Lead Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions.
• Assess learning outcomes and provide recommendations for program improvement.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and drive operational excellence.
