Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, engineering, quality, operations, or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 7+ years in CI, quality, or operational excellence in EPC/oil & gas/industrial services.

Responsabilités

• Lead CI programmer and improvement pipeline across EPC operations.
• Drive end-to-end CI initiatives from opportunity ID to implementation and benefits tracking.
• Own the Lessons Learned process and embed learnings across projects.
• Coordinate lessons lifecycle: capture, validate, share, track actions, verify embedding.
