EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Trainer to develop organizational capability through world-class continuous improvement training and coaching. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 7+ years of Lean Six Sigma training and coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, DMAIC, DOE, SPC, and process improvement tools.
• Experience facilitating workshops and delivering executive presentations.
• Experience developing instructional materials and certifications.

About The Role

BRIDGE, the corporate learning and capability development center of EDGE Group, is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Trainer to develop organizational capability through world-class continuous improvement training and coaching. This role will lead the delivery of Lean Six Sigma programs that equip employees with practical problem-solving skills, support business transformation initiatives, and promote a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs across Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and specialized operational excellence curricula.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, blended, and simulation-based learning experiences that combine theory with practical application.
• Coach and mentor project teams throughout the DMAIC lifecycle, supporting project selection, execution, validation, and sustainable implementation.
• Develop learning materials, case studies, simulations, assessments, certification criteria, and supporting documentation aligned with international best practices.
• Deliver training in Lean principles, statistical analysis, process mapping, waste elimination, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives by facilitating Kaizen events, workshops, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving activities.
• Assess participant performance, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide recommendations to continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with business leaders, identifying capability gaps, and supporting operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience delivering Lean Six Sigma training, coaching improvement projects, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, DMAIC, Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, Minitab, root cause analysis, and process improvement tools.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, coaching multidisciplinary teams, and delivering executive presentations.
• Experience developing instructional materials, certification assessments, simulations, and practical learning experiences.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience within defense, aerospace, manufacturing, government, or other complex operational environments is considered a strong plus.
