Job summary
Modon in Abu Dhabi seeks a Manager - Performance and Capability to lead Learning & Development initiatives across the Group. You will support leadership development, talent management, performance management and capability development programs, coordinating with Group People and Culture to raise capability across the organization.
The role emphasizes facilitation, program logistics, psychometric feedback, and reporting on initiative outcomes, with prior experience in corporate UAE or Gulf region
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
- Certified or working towards certification in Hogan Assessments, Harrison Assessments, Insights Discovery, or Gallup Clifton Strengths.
- Coaching qualification (ICF-accredited or equivalent) desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Leadership development programs including sessions facilitation, participant engagement, logistics, and post-session follow-up.
- Support Group Director in delivering talent management programs (graduate, high-potential, UAE National) and evaluation of outcomes.
- Coordinate annual performance cycle with Group P&C teams and deliver related training and awareness sessions.
- Facilitate capability development through team-building and cross-functional collaboration.
- Liaise with segment P&C teams on initiative-level collaboration and maintain working relationships.
