Job summary

The Lending Tree in the UAE is seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing mortgage team. You will drive disbursement, revenue and conversion targets while managing the sales pipeline from lead to disbursement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years UAE mortgage sales experience, a proven leadership record, strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and major banks, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UAE mortgage sales experience.
• Experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and major banks.
• Proven track record of achieving mortgage sales/disbursement targets.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants.
• Drive mortgage disbursement, revenue and conversion targets.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation to disbursement.
• Coach consultants to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with UAE banks, real estate agents, developers and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand referral channels.
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, bank policies and market developments.
