Job summary

Mintlayer in Abu Dhabi is building a Tokenization head role to shape how real estate, healthcare, AI, and other sectors are tokenized. You will translate institutional requirements into platform specifications and help define a playbook for a market still taking shape.

The role emphasizes forging relationships with asset owners, fund managers and custodians while coordinating with legal to ensure compliant structures, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Qualifications

• Investment banking, asset management or structured finance background.
• Direct experience with tokenized securities, RWAs or digital fund structures.
• Understanding of MLS token standards and programmable asset logic.
• Relationships with institutional issuers or custodians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Mintlayer's tokenization strategy across asset classes including real estate, healthcare, AI, deep tech and defense.
• Translate issuer requirements into protocol-level product specifications for MWS and Token Factory.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal to ensure compliance with ADGM, MiCA and issuer frameworks.
• Build relationships with institutional asset owners, fund managers, custodians and transfer agents.
• Develop product positioning and pricing for tokenized asset issuance; advise on fund structure options.
