Job summary

Black & Grey HR, partnering with a leading UAE Tier 1 contractor, seeks a senior T&C Manager for high-rise projects. Lead testing & commissioning, coordinate with PMs, consultants, subcontractors and MEP teams to drive execution and handover.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in contracting, a Civil Eng degree, AutoCAD proficiency, and proven leadership to manage multi-stakeholder activity under tight deadlines in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of testing & commissioning processes for large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for high-rise building projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review T&C plans, procedures, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and authority requirements.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and final commissioning activities before project handover.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and coordination gaps during commissioning stages.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and technical documents related to project execution and commissioning.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and handover records.
• Support project teams in achieving successful project completion within deadlines.
