Job summary

Black & Grey HR, in partnership with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE, seeks a Deputy Manager – Technical for high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role focuses on technical coordination, design review, BIM integration, and execution support across large-scale developments.

The candidate must hold a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15+ years in contracting, strong BIM modeling and Revit expertise, and AutoCAD proficiency. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering mandatory.
• 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical activities for high-rise building projects.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and engineering-related issues.
• Oversee BIM coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review and manage Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist in technical submissions, material approvals, and design coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
