Black & Grey HR, partnering with a leading UAE Tier 1 contractor, seeks a senior T&C Manager for high-rise projects. Lead testing & commissioning, coordinate with PMs, consultants, subcontractors and MEP teams to drive execution and handover.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in contracting, a Civil Eng degree, AutoCAD proficiency, and proven leadership to manage multi-stakeholder activity under tight deadlines in Dubai.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of testing & commissioning processes for large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in testing & commissioning activities for large-scale high-rise developments and the ability to manage project execution, coordination, compliance, and handover activities effectively.
