Job summary

Butler Rose in Dubai is seeking an experienced loan syndication professional for its corporate finance team. The role focuses on originating, structuring, executing and distributing syndicated loans and complex financing transactions across sectors.

You will bring deep experience in structured, leveraged and asset-backed lending, with strong credit analysis and the ability to manage multi-lender deals end to end, across the region, with ambitious leadership and momentum.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in structured finance, leveraged finance and asset-backed lending.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans.
• Strong credit analysis and deal-structuring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans across corporates and real estate.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution, including information memoranda, term sheets and documentation.
• Assess creditworthiness and manage internal approvals to ensure risk alignment.
• Build pitchbooks and present deals to clients and peers.
