Job summary
Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) in the UAE seeks a senior professional to manage syndicated loan transactions from origination to execution. You will develop high-level relationships with issuers and market participants and lead structuring, pricing and closing processes in coordination with the Head of DCM & Loan Syndication.
Ideal candidates have a strong track record in loan syndication at international or large regional banks, with 10–12 years of experience and 5–6 years in senior transactor
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in loan syndication with international or large regional banks.
- 5–6 years leading syndicated deals and teams in a senior transactor role.
- Ability to independently handle LMA documentation and client negotiations.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law/Business; MBA or CFA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain issuer and market-participant relationships to expand CBD's loan syndication business.
- Originate and structure financial loan solutions; lead structuring and execution for key clients.
- Provide LCM, DCM and ESG-related solutions as advised to clients.
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with legal and credit for deal clearance.
- Draft pitch books, information memorandums, terms sheets, proposals, and investor presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, policy guidelines, and risk management standards.
