Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Substation Construction Supervisor to oversee AIS/GIS substations (132 kV+) construction, installation, testing and commissioning. The role requires ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and HSE requirements, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and delivering on schedule.

You will witness testing, review reports, monitor progress, and help resolve technical issues on site. A strong background in 132 kV+ substations is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
10+ years of experience in substation projects with exposure to 132 kV+ substations.
Experience in AIS/GIS substations, testing & commissioning, and construction supervision.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction and installation activities for AIS/GIS substations (132 kV+).
Monitor erection of transformers, switchgear, CTs, VTs, isolators, protection panels, SCADA and related equipment.
