Job summary

9E Global is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer - Site (Steel/Concrete) to lead design and supervision in the UAE. The role focuses on steel and reinforced concrete structures, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and constructible solutions.

You will provide technical leadership across structural systems, review drawings and calculations, supervise site activities, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure compliance with codes and project

Qualifications

• 12–15 years experience in engineering consultancy firms with site supervision.
• Proven experience in design and structural analysis of RC and steel structures.
• Master's Degree/Chartered Engineer is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Works independently and as part of a team to complete supervision activities.
• Review structural shop drawings, calculations and method statements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor steel erection and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation phases.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies or structural challenges.
• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings and RFIs.
