Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of Site Engineer experience in construction, structural steel, steel erection, PEB, metal fabrication, façade, or related projects.
• Strong ability to interpret IFC/shop/fabrication/erection drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site execution, installation and erection activities.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and BOQs for construction compliance.
• Coordinate steel erection, fabrication, lifting, alignment, bolting, welding and installation.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress tracking and daily activity records.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, procedures and safety standards.
• Attend site coordination and progress meetings; support snagging and handover.

Education
