Job summary

CAPITAL CATERING AND SERVICES - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations across kitchen and service areas.

You will lead and train the stewarding team, implement schedules, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely tasks and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in hospitality or sanitation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in stewarding or kitchen support, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a high-volume food service environment and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards in food service and ability to enforce them.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and service areas to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Manage and train the stewarding team with guidance to enhance skills and performance.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and checklists for timely task completion.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as necessary.
