Job summary

Vanderlande in Dubai is seeking a Project Lead Engineer for Steelworks (BHS platforms and walkways) to lead the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of steel structures supporting baggage handling systems.

You will serve as the technical focal point for steelworks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, reviewing designs and calculations, and ensuring compliance with safety, standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in engineering including steel structures or large-scale infra.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams on complex steelworks projects.
• Experience with airport infrastructure or material handling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead steelworks engineering delivery including platforms, walkways, and supports.
• Coordinate design through fabrication, installation and handover.
• Ensure safety, codes and project requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
