Experience leading photonics-based product development.
Expertise in silicon photonics design and packaging trade-offs.
Hands-on lab work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Define product requirements for next-gen optical interconnects.
Serve as primary technical interface with customers and partners.
Align internal teams on priorities, milestones and deliverables for packaged optics.
Perform optical link analysis using simulations to ensure robust performance.
Translate system goals into executable requirements for photonics and systems.
Lead packaged optics execution including co-packaged optics and I/O.
Define testing strategy across EVT/DVT/SVT and lab validation.
