Job summary

Femtum, a leader in fiber lasers, seeks an experienced technical sales professional to drive new business opportunities and present high-value solutions to stakeholders worldwide.

You will collaborate with application engineers, lead demonstrations, and coordinate international client visits while supporting distributors and partners. Fluency in English and French is required; Mandarin is a major asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Photonics, Physics, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years in technical sales or industrial customer support.
• Solid understanding of laser processes and semiconductor environments.
• Willingness to travel monthly internationally (Asia & USA).
• Fluent in English and French; Mandarin is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Present high-value technical solutions to technical stakeholders and decision makers.
• Collaborate with application engineers to build strong technical proposals.
• Lead product demonstrations and customer trials.
• Maintain accurate account follow-up in CRM.
• Participate in trade shows and conduct international client visits.
• Contribute to market intelligence and continuous improvement of sales tools.
• Train and support distributors and partners.
• Act as the main customer interface during technical projects.
