AtkinsRalis in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer for Underground Interchange Stations with 7–10 years of experience in complex metro infrastructure projects. You will oversee construction, ensure design compliance, safety standards, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
The role requires strong knowledge of tunneling, MEP systems, structural works and station integration, plus familiarity with local UAE regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in underground interchange stations.
- Experience on metro or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Responsabilités
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities for underground interchange stations.
- Coordinate with contractors and design teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and project timelines.
- Review method statements, work plans and submittals related to the stations.
- Lead site inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain safety-first culture onsite.
- Coordinate risk management plans and project milestones.
- Prepare progress reports and submit documentation to management.
