Atkins Realis Group is seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer to oversee delivery of large, iconic interchange station projects in Dubai. The role requires strong leadership to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and building services elements.

Expect extensive involvement in coordination across design disciplines, supervision of high-end finishes, and ensuring safety, quality, and timelines in a complex project environment.

Formación

• Experience minimum 15-18 years in construction supervision/engineering roles.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex, iconic building projects.
• Strong exposure to structural steel systems.
• High-end architectural finishes.
• Fa ades and cladding works.
• Rail-related projects experience is desirable (not mandatory).
• Expertise in integrating building services (MEP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead site supervision activities for large-scale projects in line with design specs, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance on structural steel, façade systems and building interfaces.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and present to senior stakeholders and clients.
