Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Head Bartender - Fusion to lead the Food & Beverage team at the UAE resort opening in 2027. You will oversee a luxury bar, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across cocktails, service, and presentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of luxury hospitality leadership, strong cocktail knowledge, English proficiency, and the ability to manage inventory, money handling, and shifts in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale venue.
• Proven leadership experience in managing bar teams and coordinating service operations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bar team to deliver high-quality service and maintain morale.
• Oversee inventory management, including par levels, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
• Prepare beverages accurately according to recipes and company standards; maintain bar cleanliness and presentation.
