Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational qualification as technical/trade/vocational degree.
• 4–6 years of pastry/bakery experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the pastry and bakery team.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee production of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts with high quality and presentation.
• Monitor production levels, stock requirements, and food costs to meet needs.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain performance and consistency.
• Ensure food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and production records; maintain confidentiality of assets.
