Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of the P2P trading platform, optimizing core flows and user experiences. You will partner with risk, compliance, and operations to strengthen safety and scale liquidity, while delivering seamless buyer-seller interactions across markets.

The role requires at least 3+ years in P2P or fintech product management, a strong UX mindset, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of product management in P2P marketplaces or fintech.
Strong understanding of marketplace transaction models and trust & safety mechanisms.
Ability to analyze complex user problems and optimize transaction flows with data-driven decisions.
Excel/analytics proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the product planning and iteration of the P2P trading platform, driving improvements in trading efficiency and user experience.
Design and optimize core P2P flows: Ads sequencing, matching, orders, payments, disputes, merchant mgmt.
Improve conversion and completion rates by refining user journeys and payment experiences.
Analyze risks and abnormal scenarios with risk control teams to strengthen platform safety.
Design trust and protection mechanisms for buyers and sellers, including escrow and appeals flows.
Monitor KPIs like order completion, liquidity, volume, and retention; drive optimization via data.
Collaborate with operations, support, compliance, and risk to improve governance and experience.
Conduct user and market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize supply-demand dynamics.
