Job summary

Careers International is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to oversee fitout mechanical works in Dubai, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will supervise site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and liaise with project engineers.

You should have a Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years in mechanical works with 3 in supervision, and solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 yrs of mechanical work experience, 3+ yrs in supervision within fitout.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems in fitout projects.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and standards.
• Allocate tasks to site workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily site activities and report progress.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship.
