Job summary

Candidate should have 2–3 years UAE experience as a foreman, be able to read basic AutoCAD layouts, and demonstrate strong supervision, communication and time management skills on challenging interiors projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or trade certificate in Civil or related field.
• 2–3 years UAE experience as a foreman in interior fit-out.
• Knowledge of partitions, ceilings, joinery and finishes.
• Ability to read basic AutoCAD layouts and translate on-site.
• Strong supervision, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain work discipline, quality standards and site cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical specifications.
• Report daily progress to Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Assist in material handling, inspection and inventory on-site.
