Job summary

Careers International is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and testing for fitout projects in Dubai. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and project engineers to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while controlling costs.

The role requires a Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of electrical experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity within fitout.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, with at least 3 years in supervision within fitout.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, power distribution, and low-current systems (CCTV, fire alarms, BMS, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to electrical works.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for fitout projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to keep work on schedule.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site.
• Plan materials and manage site records to prevent delays.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues during installation or testing.
