Job summary

N/A Marine seeks an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee ship management for assigned vessels, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations while maximizing fleet utilization.

The role covers marine technical safety, crewing, procurement, and regulatory functions, with accountability for vessel performance and client relationships. Strong leadership and formal DP/CoC credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in maritime fleet management or supervisory roles.
• Unlimited Master Mariner CoC.
• DP Certificate issued by the Nautical Institute (mandatory).
• Proven experience operating Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) and/or Jack-Up Barges.
• ADNOC or Aramco approval as Port Captain / Marine Superintendent is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Studies or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
