Job summary

V.Group is seeking a Fleet Superintendent to lead technical management across assigned vessels, ensuring the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance. You will liaise with clients, monitor vessel performance, and coordinate maintenance, dry dock, and inspections with the fleet cell team.

Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential. The role requires recognised engineering or naval architecture qualifications, excellent English, and experience at sea.

Qualifications

• Recognised Engineering or Naval Architecture qualification and/or relevant experience at sea.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) in English; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organisational skills and ability to manage vessel operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the primary focus and regulatory compliance across vessels.
• Deliver technical management services and act as the link between customer and ship.
• Plan dry-dock, maintenance, and inspections; manage budgets and spend.
