Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for marine civil, coastal and offshore infrastructure in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end delivery from FEED through EPC, commissioning, handover and close-out, directing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective execution across jetties, quay walls and related works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or Business Administration is an asset.
• Professional engineering registration or equivalent recognized credential is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in marine civil infrastructure across project phases.
• Proven track record delivering mega-scale marine civil projects in Oil & Gas with contract value > USD 500 million.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methodologies, temporary works, and metocean constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of marine civil/infrastructure projects from FEED to handover and close-out.
• Direct delivery of jetties, quay walls, berthing systems, dredging, reclamation and related works.
• Develop and maintain PROJECT EXECUTION Plan, contracting strategy, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead tendering, bid clarifications, evaluations, and mobilisation of contractors and designers.
• Oversee design assurance, constructability reviews, and inspection/test plans.
• Plan and control marine spreads and resources (barges, tugs, dredgers, heavy-lift equipment).
• Manage interfaces with authorities, owners, regulators for approvals and permits.
• Ensure HSE, safety-critical procedures, and emergency response requirements.
