Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Project Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of marine civil, coastal and offshore infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Business Administration is an asset.
• Professional engineering registration or equivalent credential is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in planning, design, execution and delivery of marine civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering mega-scale marine civil projects in Oil & Gas with contract value > USD 500 million.
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methodologies, temporary works, metocean constraints and execution in operating ports, terminals or offshore facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, consultants, EPC contractors, marine subcontractors, vessel crews and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of marine civil and coastal infrastructure projects, including scope, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and close-out.
• Direct delivery of jetties, quay walls, dolphins, berthing and mooring systems, breakwaters and related works.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, contracting strategy and baseline schedules; manage budgets and stakeholders.
• Lead tender preparation, bidder clarification and evaluation; mobilize consultants and marine contractors.
• Oversee design assurance, geotechnical and metocean studies, temporary works and inspections.
• Plan and control marine spreads and construction resources; manage interfaces with port authorities and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment, regulatory, and operating procedures.
