Job summary

Azizi Developments, in Dubai, seeks aMaintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure within the Fit-Out Factory. The role focuses on reliable operations, minimizing downtime, and a safe working environment.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise technicians, and ensure documentation and compliance with HSE. Strong knowledge of CNC and woodworking machinery is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of maintenance experience in joinery, fit-out, furniture, woodworking or manufacturing factory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, woodworking machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and breakdown troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of spare parts management and maintenance documentation.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and maintenance best practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS/ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance of factory machinery and equipment.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with HSE policies and maintenance standards.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs and servicing.
• Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.
